Upon completion of this training, 1) Participants will be able to define and articulate NASW’s orientation on White Privilege, Fragility and Advocacy as a clinical orientation. 2) Participants will be able to articulate specific social work Anti-Racism protocols as applied to specific examples. 3) White participants will be able to identify where they land on the Barnor Hess’ 8 White Identities Scale. 4) Non-White participants will be encouraged to share personal experiences with White Privilege and Fragility. 5) Participants will identify Anti-Racist responses when encountering Racism within their practice. 2.0 Clinical hours. Pre-registration is required to be awarded CEU credit.
