April 16, 2021 - 1:00pm - 4:15pm. Engendering Hope for Transformational Change. This presentation will review the history of counseling and provide a theoretical understanding of change and transformational wellbeing. The range of therapeutic theories span a wide and evolving spectrum. Motivational interviewing (MI) is a technique incorporated in this presentation.
