2203:  Three R’s of Helping Families in Crisis: Roles, Responsibilities & Resources. A clear understanding of social workers' roles and responsibilities in a family caregiving crisis is essential before initiating family therapy and treatment. The presentation focus includes sibling dynamics, estrangement, and family rupture that affects successful dialogue and goal resolution. Through this training, social workers will learn assessment and prevention tools for use in family therapy sessions and three signs of caregiver stress that lead to depression and anxiety. Social Workers will learn three essential steps to prepare for family therapy sessions along with three caregiving crisis techniques.
