2307: Stress and Social Determinants of Health

Stress and Social Determinants of Health.  An understanding of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and how our bodies respond to them can help social workers more effectively screen for SDOH and provide clients with appropriate tools to mitigate impacts. Living in Louisiana is not without its unique stressors, this presentation will help social workers understand their own responses to stress and help them have meaningful discussion about stressors with clients.   Presented by:  Kate Lufkin, DSW, LCSW-BACS.  3.0 General.   Member:  $50 / Non-Member $85.
