Topic:  Promoting Psychological Resilience In the Military.   Presented by: Greg Hebert, LCSW.  During this workshop participants will be able to:  (1) Utilize practical resiliency skills with military clients that can be applied in everyday life to navigate adversity and thrive in challenging environments, (2) Utilize skills from The Resilience Training as a proactive approach to post-traumatic stress disorder, (3) Integrate positive psychology based training protocols as a means to promote suicide prevention among service members and veterans.  2.00 Clinical hours.  Pre-registration is required to be awarded CEU credit.

Presenter Bio

Mr. Hebert is a US Army Veteran and member of the Louisiana National guard serving as the State Director of Psychological Health. He provides non clinical counseling to service members and assists service members with a wide range of issues to include: Deployment Stress, Reintegration, Conflict Resolution, Parenting, Relationship & Family Issues, Anger Management and Grief and Loss issues. He travels state wide to provide soldier readiness trainings, suicide prevention and resiliency training.
